ACCOUNTS CLERK

Keroche Breweries Limited, a leading alcoholic beverage manufacturing company in Kenya, is seeking to recruit a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems
Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements
Support audits by providing necessary documentation
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA (Part II or above) is an added advantage
At least 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
